![]() ![]() Whilst those are the things I’d need there are plenty of people who’d benefit from the MVP service you have so I truly hope this works for you and you can keep expanding it. I appreciate that’s a bit demanding and I wouldn’t expect any of that to happen quickly. Need to have a customer guarantee that anything put through your service is safe and kept securely. Need to have proper agreements in place with Epic and console manufacturers as restricted code / assets will be uploaded as part of the build. Need to be able to install console SDKs on the machine where the build is performed to support those platforms. Might want to look at some way of caching data to prevent constantly having to compile all shaders etc on each build. Might need to put limits in place as some processors (like building lighting or HLODs) are extremely time consuming and resource hungry. Obviously there are many, many use cases which don’t require all of these.Įither a fixed or predicable pricing structure is essential. Here’s some comments / thoughts I have if this was to be a “complete” service suitable for my needs. Would it be useful? Absolutely! I’ve looked for this service before and found nothing so just rolled out my own servers but I’d be very interested in a service like this.
